We’re curating a vendor village that celebrates the best of Northern Kentucky—hand-crafted goods, artisanal foods, unique services, and local art. If you’re ready to showcase your passion to 7,000+ music-loving guests September 11-12, 2026, apply below!
Based on the size your booth, a one-time, non-refundable $250 or $450 vendor fee will be required to secure your spot.
Vendors must bring and install their own tent or covering (white tops preferred).
Limited electric hookups are available on a first-come basis—tell us if you need power.
If you are selected to be an HoC Vendor, we will email you with all load-in and routing details 2 weeks prior to the event!
